DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Shipping within Germany:
- Standard (4–5 business days): €5.90
Free for orders over €100. - Express (1–2 business days): €9.90
Free for orders over €200.

DELIVERY
All orders are shipped via the reputable courier service GLS.
Ensure that your billing and shipping addresses are correct when placing your order, as we cannot make changes afterward.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

STEP N°1
GOOD DOG!
Gently place your dog under the shower and turn on the hand shower, adjusting the water to a lukewarm temperature. For smaller dogs, you may prefer to fill the sink with water and add one or two pumps of shampoo, allowing it to dissolve gently.
STEP N°2
STAY!
Dispense a small amount of product, adjusting for your dog's size and the extent of dirt. Emulsify with water in your hands to create a rich foam, then gently work it into the damp coat, massaging it all the way to the skin for a deep, thorough cleanse.
STEP N°3
WELL DONE!
For stubborn dandruff and itchy patches, let the foam sit on the affected areas a little longer. Then, rinse thoroughly with warm water. Repeat as necessary for the best results.
